The main problem is the registration of the company - everything in order in Poland lasts almost a month. True simplifications, allowing municipalities to submit to the office all the necessary documents to establish a business. But it turned out that in practice, to facilitate not work, because the authorities do not want to work together. To date, there have also been made standard, unified registration documents - each office has its own. To remedy this situation, it is essential to refrain from participating courts in the registration and permit applications through the Internet, as is done in Denmark.
Another obstacle to the development of entrepreneurship in Poland is the need to have a high initial capital (at least 50 thousand).. Meanwhile, some countries in general have resigned from that requirement (in France you need a capital of 1 euro).
Poland also failed to simplify the procedures in commercial courts. The court case aimed at recovery from a contractor in Poland lasts almost three years. The blame for this state of affairs lies with the legislature, which imposed on the courts too many responsibilities. To increase the efficiency of the courts need reform, more funding and better organization of work.
